This lease contains blank boxes to be completed with the appropriate details for your tenancy such as:

• Tenant Names and Details
• The Property Address
• Rent Amount payable
• The amount of the security deposit payable

This lease can be used in two ways:

1)     You can print the lease and fill in the blank boxes with the information that is relevant to a particular tenancy e.g. property address, tenant names etc. or

2)     You can type in the details pertaining to a particular tenancy by using your computer mouse to click into any of the blanks boxes in this fillable pdf document.

• Fill in the relevant details in each box e.g. Property Address
• Use the tab button or the mouse on your computer to move to the next box
• You can go back and edit the details in any box by using your computer mouse to click into the relevant box.

3)     Once completed this lease document should be saved to your computer for future reference.  It may also be printed for signing by both the landlord and tenants.
