Delivery Information

At HomeSafetyShop.ie we offer FREE courier delivery on orders above €69, below this amount there is a delivery charge of €6.95. We currently only deliver to addresses in the Republic of Ireland

Please note we are an on-line only busiess and all orders are dispatched via Fastway Couriers and we do not offer a collection service. Please allow up to 3 to 4 working days for delivery of your order. 

Please note that all packages must be signed for and therefore we request you choose a delivery address where someone will be available to receive and sign for your items.

Fastway will attempt two deliveries to your door. If no one is at the address and they are unsuccessful the package will be returned to us thereafter, and there'll be a second delivery charge due if you need it shipped again! We have no control over exact delivery times and it depends on the drivers route and other factors

If you will not be available to receive your delivery we can arrange delivery to a work address. Simply input your work address as the shipping address when making your purchase. Once an order has been placed it is not possible to change the delivery address. 

For landlords we are happy to ship directly to a tenant - please input the tenants address as the shipping address. Please make sure that your tenant is aware of the order and has agreed to accept delivery. Please ensure to provide us with a contact phone number for the tenant. Our courier company will require this.

Downloadable products (such as lease agreements) will be accessable via a download link in the order confirmation e-mail received upon completion of the purchase.
